A lot of words come to mind as I sit and reflect about Turcotte Data & Designs' last three years, but the one I think I enjoy the most is "relationships".
When I founded TDD in August of 2005, it was a scary endeavor. Would the business work? Would it last? Three years later I have my answer… yes!
But it is the relationships with TDD customers that fuel me each day, that keeps me going. I had committed to making customer relationships be more than a cliche, it was going to be how TDD did business.
As with all businesses, some customers have moved on or even gone out of business, but almost every customer that has used TDD has stayed with us, and for that I am forever grateful. Some have even become business partners, taking the relationship to another level of trust.
Whether you are a technology or design customer, commercial or municipal customer of TDD, I want you to be aware that you are valued and I look forward to helping you achieve your business goals and growing right along with you.
