Restful Paws (www.restfulpaws.com) is a pet friendly bed and breakfast located in Holland, Massachusetts that is focused on providing the best stay possible for guests and their pets.  Owners, Barbara and Ray Korny have a reputation for taking care of their guests and their pets in style and comfort.  As most small business owners do, Barbara and Ray spend most of their time and energy focused on operating their business and servicing their customers. After three years in business they realized that it was time to re-evaluate their computer and data needs.

Ray contacted several computer service firms in the area and was very unsatisfied with the results. "[The others] promised service with a smile, but all we got were some 'no shows' to go along with our scowls.” said Ray.  Within two days of contacting Turcotte Data & Designs, Jason Turcotte visited The Kornys and diagnosed their computer problems as well as suggested a backup system for their business data as they had not been backing up their data previously.  "Many businesses do not realize how catastrophic it would be to lose their data. In addition to not having a backup routine to safeguard their data, Restful Paws was struggling with one outdated computer and another computer that was underpowered.  Shortly after Jason's initial visit Restful Paws had an updated computer network, new laptop computer and a reliable method for backing up their business data.  “Now we have a new system that gives us a better, faster, and more secure networking tool.” stated Ray Korny.  The Kornys can now get back to what they do best… taking care of their customer and their customer’s pets!
