Turcotte Data & Designs Arrests Southampton Police Department's Computer Problems
The Southampton, MA Police Department recently signed an agreement for Turcotte Data & Designs to be their vendor for computer services and support. The Southampton Police Department has been taking steps to improve their computer infrastructure over the last several months, utilizing the services of Turcotte Data & Designs. “We operate 24 hours a day and cannot afford for our computer systems to be down. Based on our previous work with TDD we knew they could help us maintain the uptime and security of our computers and technology systems.” said Chief David Silvernail.
The new agreement between Southampton Police and Turcotte Data & Designs includes a pro-active support method in an attempt to prevent small problems evolving into large ones. “Each month we go into the department and perform pro-active maintenance steps on all their computers and technology systems. Police operations are mission critical and computer downtime is not an option for them. We have developed methods we use to help achieve that goal.” said Jason Turcotte, President of Turcotte Data & Designs.
